25.Refund / Cancellation Policy
All donations made through this website towards Gau Seva, Annadan Seva, or General Donation are voluntary offerings and are generally non-refundable, as they are used towards caring for Gau Mata, preparing and distributing sattvik meals, or supporting devotional outreach.
Transactions that are successfully debited but not confirmed by our system will be treated as failed transactions and refunded after reconciliation within a reasonable time period.
For duplicate or incorrect payments, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction so we can review and resolve the matter fairly.
Tax Exemption (80G): 80G tax exemption is available for donations made towards Annadan Seva and Gau Seva, as per the Income Tax Act, 1961. For any other general contribution, please contact us to confirm eligibility before donating.
